· Deployed strategic framework that integrates user experience into the roadmaps for new and existing company products.
· Conducted end-to-end user experience mapping for a new learning and development SaaS product and utilized perceived metrics to ensure the products meets company KPI metrics.

· Documented end-to-end user journeys for personas related to employee experience within GSK to optimize the technology and practices utilized within and around the office.
· Worked with communications and branding teams to create uniform templates for digital signage that employees would be able to use when distributing their announcements through the company signage.
· Defined the requirements and capabilities for digital signage works, such as occupancy signage, TfL dashboards, and cafeteria menus.

· Ensured the integrity of projects from designers to developers through project management and continuous sprint planning.
· Utilized SUS and NPS to survey stakeholders about their products' perceived usability and research ways to better suit their products to fit user needs.
· Created high fidelity clickable prototypes to best fit a client's requirements for their products, further improving the platform's efficiency for users, as well as ensuring that the product is compliant with accessibility standards.
